Instruments may be de-tuned by the heat. It is your responsibility to have these instruments re-tuned.
Anything items of value that might be damaged by temperatures ranging between 114°F – 150°F needs to be placed in the bathroom, refrigerator or removed from the area being treated and treated alternatively with mild chemical treatment or natural treatments of your choice.
Paper documents should be stowed properly so as not to blow around the room because fans will be operating to help move the heat around the room
Open all drawers, closets, and cabinets that are in the area to be treated
Turn off all fans, ventilating air conditioning and dust collectors. Document aged wall paper/paint; property owner/manager is responsible for any needed repair and we will not be held responsible for any damages.
Shut off all smoke detectors, security alarm systems and notify Security Company of scheduled activity.
